WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • This program is designed to keep you on track in meeting your fitness, nutrition, wellness, mindful and spiritual goals. With one-on-one coaching, support groups, and guides to meet your needs, you’re destined to come out of this program with confidence, a better lifestyle, and being the most authentic version of yourself.

  • Month 1: Goal setting and making small changes

    Day One is all about you. You’ll take a deep look at yourself and reflect on where you are today, and where you want to be.

  • Month 2: Changing habits, behavior, and lifestyle

    On Day Two we shift our focus to others in your world. How do you relate to your friends, family, and the other people in your life? What do you want to change?

  • Month 3: Maintaining habits and creating balance

    We put everything together on Day Three. You’ll see how learning how to love yourself is the key to better relationships with everyone in your life, especially yourself.

Program structure

With weekly check-ins, you will be guided step by step in your fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness practices. We will work together in creating attainable goals that will soon become part of your lifestyle. You will receive personalized guides each week to keep you on track with your fitness, nutrition and meditation and mindfulness practices. At the end of the 3 month program you will attend a wellness retreat where you will be able to relax, celebrate, and connect with like-minded individuals.
